I called Wotif straight after making an accommodation booking as I noticed the price came down immediately after I booked and processed payment. I spoke with a gentleman whose English was perfect and he explained that prices change all the time. He then waited on the phone while I booked again, with the cheaper price, and then cancelled my original booking straight after. This ensured that I would not miss out on a room, but at the best possible price. He explained everything so well and I was very impressed with the service. Thank you!

It was terrible three times I tried to check out using Wotif for flights and accommodation and it didn’t process it just came up with couldn’t be processed at this time please try agin, I don’t have time for that! Sort your system out. I booked via qantas website direct and the hotel in the end. Won’t use wotif again. Waste of time
