When booking online it asked for a contact name which was me… There was no field for guest name, as I was booking for a colleague this then needed to be updated, this took an hour to be completed after being handed back and forth between the hotel and wotif, certainly not a quick or easy process to book

Wotif was a fast and easy service to use. I was emailed straight after my purchase with all the information necessary regarding my booking details and dates.
The only unfortunate detail of the experience was that a link came up after my booking saying I could win the money spent on the booking back. After filling in some of the information I noticed it was only applicable in the US not AU which was a little disappointing.
