March 16, 2018I put the dates of arrive on 14/3/2018 and leave the accommodation on 15/3/18. These dates were taken off the heart specialist letter which I had in front of me at the time of booking. As soon as I hit the booking button, it came up that I had booked the 18/3/2018 and the 19/3/2018. I rang the 1800796862 support No. straight away and was connected to somebody in the Philippines who rang, I think the motel and came back to me that I had to pay another $28.41 to change the booking. Needless to say not happy and I will not use Wotif’s service again.
March 16, 2018I was led to an option to set up an account but then told my details couldn’t be validated. I had to close my connection and start again ignoring the account option.
There was no information on parking. To find that I had to go to the hotel’s own site. Next time I just might go direct to the hotel and cut out the middleman. I legally changed my name to Carol last year. This was the name used for this booking, for this email address and for the credit card I paid with but you used my old name for this review!!!
The location was great! The apartment was very clean and well presented. I enjoyed my stay. The security of the building was a comfort, however the signage being at the top of the building in the dark of the night when I first arrived, was hard to see. A small note explaining the door swipe and entry processes would assist some visitors.
