When I booked in big letters it said “Free Cancellation”. However when I had to cancel due to having to cancel the trip, I was then warned the hotel may charge me for cancellation!

Quick and straightforward

The system did not give a summary of the booking so I could check detailed before it “confirmed” therefore the booking was incorrect and I had to call and get it changed.

Booked into Ibis Brisbane-Advertised on Wotif that parking and wifi is free. It is not. Parking is not on site and is two streets over and the fee was $36.00 for a 24 hour period. Wifi is advertised as free and it is not. To use the internet it is charged either per hour or over a 24 hour period.

The information on wotit stated parking and wifi included in booking. It is not.

Please ensure the information provided is reflective of cost.

Not likley to stay at Ibis again.

I changed dates after I paid and the internet said it was done. Once I found out you couldn’t leave on that date as your internet site said.

Booking with WOTif is easy and fast. The information available make sense and provides enough detail to help with decisions about my holiday booking.
