I had been on a couple of different sites and had put in 2 adults 2 children but on Wotif it billed for 2adults. When I realised I thought that’s OK I will pay for kids when we get there. It was confirmed the room was 2bdr one with double the other with single bunks plus single bed. When I arrived they had booked 2bdr each with double which did not suit our family situation which is WHY I chose what I did. The park thankfully changed our cabin.

Quick confirmation. My first time to book through Wotif, I booked twice for my trip to Japan and I may use them again for my trip to South Korea. My first booking I got the confirmation in my phone thru text message but my second booking I didn’t received any text but it confirmed after I completed the booking process. I wish they sent the confirmation thru my email account that I provided with all the details.

Is it possible to send the confirmation in my email?

I thought the service was very efficient and with a quick response. The details were well laid out and full information. I will be using Wotif again in the future. As the place where I was looking to stay their website showed no accommodation available and was very hard to navigate so I did a further search on wotif to find the closest place to stay where I am doing a retreat and lo and behold the place that I wanted was available on wotif. Many thanks for saving the day as now I have a room booked.
