Nice room, staff over the phone not very helpful as we couldn’t get into our room until late. Also didn’t inform me about anything.

It was fast and effective but wheni eent to book and change days prices changed…from $130 to $250 which i thinknis a bit rude

The room was not what was mentioned. It was disgraceful, no kitchenete!. The ammenities block was filthy and unhygienic. And there was no hot water.
The management was rude and way out of line. We left the next day I requested a refund. Had police involved aswell

It was prompt and professional

everything went really smoothly and we’ll definitely use it again now that we know how!

Great rates, great customer service

The light grey font colour on the confirmation sheet is absolutely hopeless when it is printed out.
I won’t be using Wotif again when there are so many other more user friendly websites!!!!
