I booked our hotel online, but had a make a small change to my booking. I phoned Wotif and made the changes and confirmed all my details. It was so easy and quick. The person I spoke to was very helpful.

I like the booking service but would love to be able to line up 3 or 4 sites for comparison rather then flicking between them.
I would like a filter for room with a view as well as I am always looking for and ocean facing room.
So my ideal search tool would have room type filter (room with view), which you have labelled in the choices and the ability to line 3 or 4 up side by side.

Easy and competitive service to use.

The Webb site is easy although I am unsure of the description of thee room
It say 3 bedroom then say only 1 king 2 single or 2 kings that not really a 3 bedroom apartment

My booking was very easy and straight forward

I got what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

I did not receive a confirmation email of the booking so it was my understanding the booking did not go thru so I booked another hotel Then later in rhe day, the original hotel contacts me to advise my room was ready. I had booked three nights. After pursuing a reimbursemet only one night was reimbursed and I incurred charges. Not impressed.
