After our long flight we decided at the last minute to stay at Coolongatta and after a quick search you found us a really great location to stay. Its a perfect short break and thanks again.

I book a trip to Townsvlile and pay for airfare and accommodation. Then I receive a 55% discount on accommodation after I have booked for the place. Where am I going wrong?

Very friendly and helpful staff.

I paid for a double bed and ended with a single in a tiny room .

The check in staff member pretty well grunted at me and tossed me the key.

Would never stay there again and I think Wotif should check motels before they list them .

I never received a booking confirmation email which made it difficult to check in at the hotel
