Many choices were presented to me.
I admit being attracted by a cheaper price, but once the booking was completed, I discovered that the checking in process was trickier than I would like!
i.e. no concierge, therefore a phone call is required 24hrs prior to arrival. Also, I must send a photo of my ID and credit card as $300 bond is required.
I wish I’d paid $30 more and opted to book the hotel with a concierge desk!!

It was not on your site that your company would take full payment out of my credit card before the cancellation date……Bookings.com doesn’t do this

I recently made a booking for accommodation but entered my email address incorrectly. Which meant of course that I did not receive itinerary or any correspondence, and when I went to search for my booking, I could not find it. And, the cost of the accom had been deducted from my bank.
I phoned WOTIF on Sunday 25 March (AEST 1.00pm approx) and spoke to RAVI (not sure of spelling). He was extremely patient and helpful and finally we solved the mystery of the missing itinerary. Five stars for Ravi *****.

I think the whole process is very easy (almost to easy) however it’s annoying that you can’t book and pay for the hotel straight up instead of having to reserve it.

After booking it said I would receive a confirmation email which I still have not received I have to actually call the motel to check that I have a room
