It’s very quick and simple to make the booking. However, the old Wotif used to show alternate dates if preferred dates were not available. Now, you have to guess by re-entering dates until you hit the jackpot.

Booked accommodation only to receive an email later in the day from the accommodation provider to say there was no accommodation available and that I would have to contact Wotif. When I contacted I’ve been told 5-7 business days for a refund for something that was an error on your behalf’s not mine.
