It’s crap.
You can stop this business of debiting my credit card before I get there. I don’t know what world you think you’re in but for your information it’s not compulsory to use a booking service like you. I will not use you again.

Wotif’s directions on how to change the date of my booking were impossible to follow as what they were suggesting I click on did not appear at that point. I had to contact the hotel to ask them to change it on their end.
AND it was not mentioned that passwords obviously cannot contain certain characters. I only found this out after trying for at least 5 mins to have my account accepted.
Not an experience I would recommend to others!!
