Easy to book and pay

Great service

A simple refund took around 10 business days. No issues with the booking process, just the hotel itself was in a pretty bad shape.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff

I seen a lot of negative reviews about Wotif but the website was extremely easy to book a room with and I got a great price. They emailed me the details immediately and I also received a text message confirmation. It was done within a couple of minutes. I then emailed the hotel just to make sure everything went fine and yes, they also confirmed the room was booked. Very positive experience.

Easy to use

Very poorly booked and paid for accommodation that was not available. Left us with no choice but to cancel plans for our time away as our money would take two weeks to be refunded. A relative who has flown in from Greece also was disappointed as her time was limited and also missed out. Even though they suggested to help find other alternatives, we struggled to communicate with the person at your call center as his English was poor and he was not familiar wit he spelling of other hotels. It was really disappointing. It put a damper on our Easter celebrations.

I booked 5 nights advertised by your company which stated it included daily breakfast. over the next few weeks i received multiple phone calls and one email telling me that breakfast was not in fact available. the email stated that Mantra would compensate me on arrival. one phone call stated i would receive a refund of part of my fee. none of these happened. i also received an email from Expedia about this who couldnt even get my first name correct.
Very poor service! I doubt I will ever book through this site again.

Very quick, very easy
