The service was nice they offered to Carry my bags upstairs , they were nice staff .
The hotel wasn’t like the photos on WotIf at all . It was a lot older not as modern as pictures showed. It was a small room

Next to me was noisy most of the night, kids jumping on beds being loud.
Kitchen was ok had a microwave and kettle and toaster and fridge .
Burwood was definitely new to us .

Disgraceful. Hang your head in shame wotif. Reception closed at 6 pm you made no mention of that in your booking confirmation. It actually stated reception was open til 10. Problem compounded by the fact that abode were not answering their a/h number. Complete shambles. Discovered that another guest who booked through booking.co. was advised correctly.

Even though the overall cost of our flight and accomodation was less than if we had booked them separately, it seems a little deceiving to not show the luggage costs until after a booking has been made.
Especially when the cost rate is higher than if we had booked the flights apart from the accommodation.
