Booked a room then things change in the next 2 hours – cant change it – I can understand no cancellations after 24 to 36 hours of booking but it is not in line with what happens when people actual travel.

Very easy to finalise our booking with one small exception, I was not aware I had an active account with watif and had no idea what my password was however outside that it was very easy and NO FEES, YAY.

But might need to update photos , as the place was a dump compared to photos online, maybe use people’s photos instead of the resorts
