I always find their service easy to use and I’ve never had a problem.

Really disappointed that this site said my hotel was close to the airport! It’s an hours drive away?! Or 25km?!
Waste of my time and money and I can’t cancel as no cancellation from this hotel.
Misleading information and very disappointed. Should have to check a map. That’s why I use “intelligent” sites…

Extremely disappointed that the Wotif rate was exactly the same as the everyday rate.
There was no hand basin in the bathroom meaning we had to wash our hands after using the bathroom and or cleaning your teeth in the same sink u fill the kettle or wash up cups etc. I’ve made enquiries since and am lead to believe not having a separate sink for hand washing purposes does not meet building regulations or standards.

We had a seamless experience from start to finish including a great discount for a fabulous hotel.
