Easy to locate most suitable hotel and make the booking

just seems to give good deals on accommodation

Handled the booking without any problems. Hotel was good value for the price. Hotel facilities (dining and bar) were good. Nothing flash about the room – but was in keeping with the price.

I booked a return flight, and this appeared right through processing payment. I was only, however, billed for a single leg of it and only got a ticket for one leg of it. As a result, I had to book the other half of the flight elsewhere. It’s never happened to me with another website, so all around, not really a good experience.

Easy to use, the bundling of flights and hotels was easy to do.

Easy process, well laid out site brings me back to wotif

I sent a email within a few minutes of receiving the confirmation email asking about what was not written in the email and I am still waiting for a response, so now your customer service is poor – I will reconsider bookingwith you nexttime.

Easy to use

For someone who isn’t that tech. Savvy.. I found booking a motel with Wotif too easy! I would definately use Wotif again and recommend to friends.

I made a mistake with the dates of my booking which was not changeable. Wotif were amazing and sorted it for me no charge from the hotel. Huge thank you.
