Definitely use wotif again, very simple process and love the trips summary in the app

Ease of booking , good range of hotels

Will never suggest to anoyone I know nor will i use that site again! What was a rather simple request to change a date of hotel accommodation led to, 25+ minutes of being on hold overseas US to be exact. To be told nothing can be done. Once i said forget about it an email came through saying it can be done well what a joke. Why not offer it first up and avoid the carry on back and fourth. ” I’ll need to verify with the hotel, and for a small extra fee”
Disgraceful!

I was able to view different hotels and the options easily and they provided a lot of options with free cancellation, which was an important factor for me in this instance.

I booked on-line my accommodation with Wotif because I wanted to deal with a reputable company that could secure the accommodation I needed for my holiday. However apparently at the same time someone else was also booking the same room. Our booking dates and their booking dates ended up overlapping by one day. Even though we had the dates prior to the the other party, we were asked to give up our room on the last night of our holiday and move to a different room. Even though this was handled professionally and the Wotif staff were very helpful, I still felt disappointed that the booking system would allow this to occur. This glitch probably needs to be looked into.

Wotif gives you a very good range of hotels with a great range of prices. It is easy to compare hotels and find one that suits you.

The manager was extremely rood and that is WY I didn’t except the alternative bank beds for my grandson. He sad I cannot help you did not book from me. English is not my primary languet it is hard for me to write a letter Thank you for kind words . Regards Ester Peregi

Excellent service. I requested a change in my booking details to include my 3 year old son staying with me. This change was made quickly and smoothly and very politely. Great work.
