April 13, 2018I booked this on line as i have done many times and i am sure i put the correct date which as to be there 12th April and to leave 13th April. When i arrived at the Mantra they said they did not hold a booking. I received the booking confirmation on the morning of the 12th but did not read it as i was with a client. Upon reflection is shows the 26th April. I tried to call Wotif but there is no telephone number available so i sent an email to your customer service people at circa midday and still have not heard back from them. I want my money credited back as i had to pay the Mantra direct.

I specifically booked a room with king bed and larger. when i arrived it is a queen bed and smaller than i had previously. I thought i have paid extra to get this option.
