April 17, 2018I had an issue with selecting the dates on the web site. It selected the week under the week I was after. I do not know if this was due to it not actually selecting the dates I clicked on or the fact that it defaulted to a future date – instead of the current date and I just went forward from there.
When I rang up to fix it up, I could not get the same room – even though the website told me the same room was still available on my dates. I ended up booking a much more expensive room. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.

April 17, 2018Wotif needs to check hotels to see if bookings are a available. I booked 2 twin bed lagoon rooms at Grand Barong in kuta. Grand barong informed me they dont have Twin bed lagoon access rooms after I was charged. Now to get another bed put into each room it has cost me an extra $200 Aus. Not very. Wont be using Wotif.com ever a again.

April 17, 2018I use the app for both personal and business. I like it very much. The only problem I have is getting access to a tax invoice when using for business. Would it be possible to provide a tax invoice for all transactions. This is needed for tax and claiming purposes
