I clicked the box that said Book now/Pay later……………Hense the monies were taken from my account within 24 hours. Not impressed. I was NOT able to enter the card details of another card for which I wanted to use. Instead, as this was the last room that we were wishing for to be available in this booking I had NO choice but to use my Business Account. Not a very good way to start our Anzac Day Celebrations. I await your reply. Thank you for your time

Look, I have used Wotif before, esp. for international flights. What impressed me this time was a $30+ saving by booking with you.
Because of a hitch in your booking process, that seemed not to accept one of two persons booking buying checked baggage, I swapped onto a competitor’s system. Same flight, almost same price, same everything. Got it all done up to the last step, and I saw that there were 2 extra fees added on, total some $32. So I stopped, thought, and went back to Wotif.
Noticed that although the system was saying ‘cannot process the checked baggage request’ the running total against the booking HAD added it. So I continued – and bought the tickets – because Wotif only added less than $2 for fees etc.
