My room was nice and clean and nicely set out.
But my biggest complaint is a request of a full size mattress and that was not fulfilled. I received a king size bed with 2 single mattress pushed together leaving a gap in the middle. I contacted reception but they were unable to help as al other rooms with full sized beds were booked out.

Still works very well! Only thing to suggest would be an option to view night by night prices as were there in the past. Would make searching and selecting a bit more transparent

I had to make a change, I booked a hotel in Sydney for my son and family (visiting from overseas) and they could not book in because it was in my name (I did not realize, but will in the future!). The young man who helped me was extremely helpful and allayed my stress. So all was well and they had a lovely time. I will certainly use Wotif again. Thank you, Christine
