Easy but not easy to find bookings

Booking dates were changed from what I entered; probably due to a wotif cookie on my computer. It was almost enough to stop me from using wotif again. (I’ve been using wotif for about 10 years.)
Call centre operator was very helpful, and fixed the problem.
ALSO, in the past wotif has shown a table of the days particular categories of rooms were available at a particular hotel. That was much more helpful than the on-screen display I saw this time.

It was so easy! We have used Wotif previously and been able to stay in very good hotels in Brisbane. The website was not difficult to use and there was a wide range of choices. Will use again.

We had accidentally booked the wrong dates for Oaks Goldsborough in Sydney and the second young lafy of yours outstanding in rectifying this error even though hotel had a no change/no refund policy. Greatly appreciated as flights etc had been booked. Thank you!
