I have used Wotif for over ten years and have loved the service. However, on this occasion when I booked my stay at the Bel Ayr in Perth, I did not notice that the day I booked did not correspond to the date I thought I booked. Your system defaulted 5 days into the future. I turned up on the 16th only to be told I booked for the 21st. I had to pay for another motel and was disappointed to have lost the money I paid for in good faith. I will now reconsider how I book and make sure the dates correspond correctly. Very saddened by the affair. Thank goodness it was only $105.00. I am back traveling a good deal now and will for the first time look for other booking agencies.
