Good and easy site to negotiate and quick confirmation of booking..

Wotif is an easy and efficient method for booking accommodation. Changing reservations is more difficult than I would expect. The website does not work for a reservation change even though the prompts make it look simple. Such a change requires a phone call, which is not always convenient. My phone contact with Wotif to change my booking was polite, friendly and efficient.
