Because the booking I made with them in 2016 was very satisfactory. I hope the hotel in Singapore will be as comfortable and easy to get to as the Assambleya was in Moscow.

I called wotif to change the dates of my booking and they confirmed the change. We have since been contacted by the hotel saying we CANNOT make changes to the booking

It all worked as you’d hope! Booked a motel room en route up the Hume Highway when an hour away from Gundagi and lo and behold, when we got there, they knoew we were coming!

System easy to navigate and book.

I do not like the inability to save confirmation of the booking, and copy of the receipt. We are not allowed access to facebook on work computers, and I do not use privately, so this option is of no use to me. I would prefer to have confirmation and receipt saved on the desktop, in appropriate folder for tax etc.

Additionally, the ability to save details of the booking as an app may be exciting to the 85% of the population who use ‘smart’ phones, but is next to useless for people with flip phones. As above: I would prefer to have option to download copy of booking confirmation and receipt, to save in appropriate file on the computer.

By the way, there is presumably a rising backlash against ‘smart’ phones, so maybe in the future less people will want an app?
