Needed a place to stay in a hurry, Wotif found us a great place at a good rate.

As an apprehensive first-time user of Wotif I was pleased with how simple the experience was; plenty of accommodation choice where I had designated, booking was simple, confirmation prompt. When I discovered a family member had also booked for me I had to cancel my option – unfortunate – but the cancellation too went smoothly with an email confirming. A very positive experience that has encouraged me to get out and start travelling again.

Very polite man who did everything he could to change the date of my booking. (Successfully).
Only complaint l would have is l had to be put on hold a number of times while he liaised with hotel.

Having difficulty gaining booking on other sites but no problem on Wotif

I had a terrible day where I locked everything-my purse, keys, credit card, everything in my office and I called Wotif to tell them what had happened- they explained it to the hotel, making a number of calls and managed to cancel the booking with no charge in the circumstances. They were so calming and compassionate. I always tell people to book with Wotif because it feels like you are looked after and I felt safe.

Was really disappointed to find upon arrival at our booked hotel that there was a $200 bond that had to be paid that had no mention of it on wotif. This affected our time away as it was money not expected to be paid by us.

Misleading advertisement. Hotel and inclusions not as described on website. Customer service not helpful at all.
