The booking process was good, however I need to cancel my booking and I can’t find where I can do so. The site is not recognising my email address. I’m worried I won’t be able to cancel my booking before fees are incurred.
Itinerary No 7351872320704 needs to be cancelled ASAP

the online experience worked well. The real test will be when I arrive at the hotel, but based on past experience I’m not expecting any problems.

Usually I have a good experience however since last time the process has become more complicated and prone to problems. This stay was unsuccessful and the process to book, pay and contact anyone was difficult.
