Booked a hotel, good. Then my bank blocked my credit card due to an insecure line to someone else. Bugger.
Glad the bank was on the ball.
What happened Wotif? Never has that trouble before using Wotif for the past nearly 15 years

Resolved my problem I inadvertently booked an incorrect date; arrived at the hotel to find my booking was for another date. I had booked on line & obviously didn’t Check I’d chosen the intended date.
The Wotif phone staff member found another hotel & handled the issue of my refund very professionally

Variety of affordable accommodation was good however a few places that said they were full once I contacted them directly they did have a few rooms available for last minute book ins and were a bit cheaper.

I booked thro Wotif a 2 queen beds room for 4 adults for 2 nights. Your cheapest option was $323 and that was with the VIP discount WHAT A JOKE. A couple hours later my daughter did her booking EXACTLY SAME ROOM SAME RESORT HOTEL for $240 Cairns Colonial Club. YOU OWE ME THE DIFFERENCE IN MY OPINION. DISGUSTED.

I have had several conversations with customer service of late and each time I have had nothing resolved.
I get off the phone from Wotif staff and ring th motel directly and solve the issue.

I was worried when our course was cancelled that we would have to pay some money because we had booked a room.
Pleased that we didn’t have to pay.
When over in Busselton next , I would use wotif again. Thanks
