It would be better if you could view payment summary specific to your booking, to show what has been paid, what is due & details of payment. That is lacking in wotif website

This is not “recommendation”, I have a question, how the room that I’ve booked, jump from $140.00 to $ 160.00, there was no answer on my recent request for possible earlier checking in & a bit later departure, balcony view & the possibility of cancelation? All this was offered on your eBay ad?
I really would like some sort of “enlightenment” on the subject.

It was good, I like that I can book accommodation and flights together, however limited flight choice but I guess you are always going to get that when you go budget. I liked that the flights are on Qantas and Emirates however wasn’t happy that I had to pay a little extra to ensure this for my return flights. Wish that some of the more well know hotels offered a little better deals. Didn’t like that when reviewing a number of different hotels that the deals time out and had to go back in and put in all the hotel requirements again.

Wotif is stealing from the Australian tax payer by not paying GST for services they are reaping in Australia. PAY YOUR TAX and give me a Tax Invoice to prove it!

When I asked for my Tax invoice I was told that WotIf being a foreign company, didn’t pay GST. This is a tax dodge! If you are providing a service in Australia to Australians, you should be liable to collect the tax associated with the purchase and return it to the Australian people.

I expected to receive an email confirming the booking, I received a text confirmation and when I went in it said I could email it to myself which I did but have still not received, I would like an email so I can take that with me as confirmation of the booking. Ray Toft
