Plenty of information, all expectations thought of, all updates appreciated

We ONLY use Wotif! Have for years! Tried the others and we are not satisfied! We travel or holiday frequently! They don’t only offer cheap quality deals on accomodation but cheap, quality package deals on accomodation, flights and rental cars! I have had family holidays across the road from the beach in expensive holiday destinations for 10 days with return airfare from Brisbane to Adelaide for 2 adults and 1 child (8 years old) for under $2000!!! In Christmas peak holiday period!
Best holiday we ever had! Everyone was shocked when we told them how cheap we got it! For how beautiful our accomodation was! It’s so easy to jump on, throw in some dates, guests and destination and choose your holiday with a TOTAL PRICE!! Love it!!! We will always use Wotif!!! And only Wotif

Pretty good and intuitive. No complaints about the aggregation of availability options.

Gave 3 stars for two reasons.

1. Some costs were hidden, which I am guessing isn’t directly under your control, but some sort of alert to initiate me searching the fine print would result in less anger.

2. The receipt or booking details are a little rubbish. I realise you want to drive us to your app and have us use the app as a holiday itinerary, but frankly I don’t/won’t order everything through your site. Flights for example, are booked with Qantas points are on a different app. The difference is, qantas will give me a pdf booking receipt that I can just drop into a Google Drive app that also has my hand written notes, my itinerary, local sim card etc. etc. I had save your receipt as a pdf and do it that way. Not a massive deal for somebody like me, but my wife would struggle and my parents…..forget about it.

All went smoothly, the best price was offered from among many other online booking sites and I even got a discount. I also like the website, where I can login and track my bookings. Userfriendly and easy to use.

Very professional service,with up to date details/ prices on a HUGE list of accommodation sites . Excellent discounts awarded.
