Service was a joke. The booking I made was explicitly advertised as ‘reserve now, pay later.’ All the way through the booking it was referred to as being ‘reserved’ with payment being required at a later date. The next thing I know a ‘deposit’ payment has been taken, which is the whole amount..and without any notification nearly $900.00 is gone from my everyday bank account. Trying to follow this up has also been extremely hard, with no support email or phone numbers easily listed or accessible on your website.

Booking process much better than Priceline. I received a discount code which I couldn’t work out how to use – there didn’t seem to be a step in the booking process to enter it. Cheaper rates would have been better. It wasn’t a huge saving.
