I was disappointed, because I booked for friday the 7th and when i hit book the room , confirmation came back for sunday the 9th. Because booking was none refundable i lost my money.
I called the hotel and they advised that the reason that would of happen was because all the special rate rooms were gone. But the hotel still had the same rooms free but at a lot higher rate. So i feel it is a deception.

The best thing I like about Wotif compared to others is they provide prices based on the entire stay. For example if I’m looking for 2 nights accommodation the price will be for two nights. Others simply quote the single night. Good work.

I like how I have an option to pay for the room straight away in full so I have that peace of mind that it is done instead of not knowing when exactly the accommodation will charge my credit card and having to deal with fluctuating exchange rates later in the future.
