I feel it’s good to leave feedback to help improve service. I don’t have any bad or ‘constructive’ comments unfortunately. I’ve had only good experiences to the point that I now refuse to book directly with a hotel due to the ease of use of the app. The price point is just a bonus to be honest.

Wotif are scammers & thieves. Your website said I would pay $121 if I paid at the time of booking or $125 if I paid upon arrival at the motel. I paid when booking & you have charged me the higher price. I use your site quite often. NEVER AGAIN. Dick Smith was right when he said you were thieves. Be warned.

On the booking site I changed the date of the booking to suit me, when the confirmation arrived by email I noticed the date had reverted to the default date. I double checked the booking with the motel and found that in fact the date was wrong. The staff at the motel were extremely helpful and we solved the problem. No thanks to Wotif. I was told that if I reported the wrong date to Wotif I would not have been refunded for the change, Is this the case?
