Extremely easy to book and pay for accomodation on Wotif
Great hotel prices, always!

I was offered a discount code but then couldn’t find the place to enter it, and didn’t realise there was no next screen – clicking next made the payment so I never did get to enter the code.

I called customer service and they were helpful and looked into it, but couldn’t apply the code without me doing a cancel and rebook, so I didn’t.

Ok I guess. I have message the hotel but no response. The information on the site after I booked concerns me. I guess I don’t hear from the hotel by the free cancellation date, I’ll cancel and look elsewhere

Easy to book and very straight forward

Required a passport at checkin and did not state when booking. Don’t own a passport, refused drivers license as ID. First night fee still charged. Very disappointed

Have been with wotif for many years, have only looked at other booking sites, and simply no need for me to change, wotif is easy to use and I trust the site.

The service was ok I did book a queen bed and got two single beds, I’m lucky the hotel had more rooms so I could change to a queen otherwise I would have been very disappointed
