Misleading reservation policy.
Hotel management was rude, disingenuous and down right arrogant.
Will never stay there again or use this service if it continues to mislead its customer base. Shameful.

Making a booking 2 months in advance was quick and easy. It’s reassuring to know my travel plan is already sorted ahead of time and I don’t have to pay until I check in.

We have used Wotif many times in the past, but this was the first time we’ve booked flights/accommodation together. The system was easy to navigate and the entire package took under 5 minutes. The only negative I could possibly think of is……..once flights have been booked, there is no option to change seating. Apart from that, I was happy with the service. I will definitely leave some feedback on the hotel, once our trip has been completed.

Much better than booking.com
I had a booking cancelled on booking.com and could not find other suitable accommodation on their site. Popped over to Wotif and BAM! found lots immediately.
