Hello, I recently had a trouble with an accidental booking and I tried to access your help and no one responded. I have now incurred $70 that I should not have been charged. I am very disappointed with your service.

I was very disappointed that after bringing up Hotel bookings for North Lakes QLD not knowing the area and making the booking only to find out it was in the Brisbane CBD where the Ibis Hotel was. The next day when I received the receipt that is when I found out where the Ibis Hotel was. I quickly got on to Wotif to try and cancel the booking only to be told the booking was a non cancellation booking. I did see that when I booked but as my booking was for December that surely they would have been able to rebook within the time to somebody else.
