Worst room we have ever stayed in, worse than a backpackers $25 room.
Upon entering the room my wife slipped on water leaking from the fridge and caught her foot in a rip in the carpet.
Then it got worse.
The manager in reception was one of the rudest people we have ever met, she was awful.
Will attach some of 24 photos of the room which should have been condemned.

September 25, 2018Had a great time at Mercure hotel but disappponted the pool wasn’t heated. My children really wanted to have a swim and it was freezing! Also on the second night/morning lots of doors being open and shut very loudly! Didn’t get much sleep!
September 25, 2018The woman who took my call to change the date of my return flight was friendly helpful and efficient. Just wonderful.
September 25, 2018I booked and was confirmed by wotif a double room at the $89. Then I received an email later from the B&B that it will now be $129.
This matter was resolved by Wotif very efficiently. I was very impressed by the speed and level of service by Wotif customer service personal.

I found the hotel that I wanted and also with a great price and free cancellation until 24 hours before the check in date.
