Great service. We booked for 2 nights and had to change our booking kinda last minute. Wotif managed to amend our booking and organised everything with the hotel to suit our booking change. Would consider using their service again.

I inadvertently did not select the correct dates. I immediately emailed advising the dates I was seeking and have no reply. Subsequently I contacted the motel involved to cancel.

After booking the wrong room online, we had to call and change the booking. The call was answered promptly and everything sorted by a very friendly and helpful staff member. Great work and thumbs up to this person. 😊

The website was easy to navigate through. There was broad range of hotels listed which gave me the luxury of an informed choice. Notification to me via SMS and email was prompt, clear and efficient when booking had been made. It was a very good experience overall.
