I had to leave after 2 nights to to an injury I needed to return home hotel suggested I contact you to see if I get anything back on 1 night accoodation they were willing but said you had to do it

The system does not allow you to select accommodation that suits your needs, e.g. when you type dog friendly, everything for that area comes up and it is not until you read the detail that it indicates NO PET ALLOWED. This selection process should be streamlined so that only those that are PET Friendly comes up.

I was booking a single flight and 2 nights accommodation prior to that flight. The system is set up to book a flight and only allows for accommodation upon arrival, not prior to departure. Therefore had to make two separate bookings which is clumsy. Works perfectly when I book a return flight and accommodation in between.
