I have used WOTIF in the past.,
Quick, cheap and available referencing for accommodation.

I was more than happy with the Wotif booking process but NOT at all happy to find the Ultiqa apartments 140 Collins St , Melbourne had very promptly charged my visa card with a quarter of the accommodation charges when I was to pay on arrival at the Apartments in November, 2019!!! I phoned the establishment directly, and after talking with a staff member who didn’t seem to know what so was talking about , got to speak with Assistant manager who apologised profusely as transaction made in error and I’ve been told will be credited back to my account. Sorry but this is just not good business practice!!!!

Hotel Reservation by the internet is very easy and all hotel information is there. I had to make a change to my stay after I checked in. I called customer service and he was very polite and the change was easy. Recommend for customers calling the call centre from overseas that the service representative calls them back after the changes are made to avoid long and costly phone call.

Quick and easy to use. Really simple layout. Great pictures and information on the property. Quick confirmation of booking
