Making my booking online was successful. However, I made a number of bookings that day. As with your Title on this Survey also, it says “Hotel Booking”, the same heading was on my Credit Card Entry. It was difficult to know what Hotel, and in what Suburb, and on what day, I had made the booking. A clearer entry would be more easy for me to marry up with the exact Booking, including Hotel Name, Suburb and Date.
Actually, when making my booking, I was unaware that I went through WOTIF.

Wotif is the worst experience ever never again so rude and full of lies I would not reccomend wotif to anyone. Never in my life have I been treated so badly by a booking platform

Ensure scammers do not access your site – since booking I have had at least 10 scam phone calls per day. Booking itself was fantastic
