I found the on-line awkward and ‘messy’..i asked for a confirmation of my booking and the ,question that followed was to print itinerary
number, which I did not have…
it wld be much more beneficial to send a confirmation of booking by email as soon as the booking and payment has been made..that was all I required..not the
go to manage trip etc etc…..I don’t think I will use this site again.
