August 22, 2018I have had several conversations with customer service of late and each time I have had nothing resolved.
I get off the phone from Wotif staff and ring th motel directly and solve the issue.
The booking process was good, however I need to cancel my booking and I can’t find where I can do so. The site is not recognising my email address. I’m worried I won’t be able to cancel my booking before fees are incurred.
Itinerary No 7351872320704 needs to be cancelled ASAP
I booked the room- you took my money but never emailed any details.
Normally the bookings are not paid until you arrive at the hotel.
The credit card is usually only as a security until you pay for the room.
You never indicated that the amount would be debited at the time of the booking.
There was no service, all I did was book a hotel online.
August 17, 2018I booked a room at Mshfield Mannor for the 20th but I made a mistake I wanted the 18th, I realised soon after the booking, sent a request to you for a change but had no answer.

August 16, 2018A staff member booked accommodation in two hotels for a recent business trip through Wotif, at one night in each. We were charged more than the quoted rates for both ($20 and $30 extra each). Additionally with end of financial year we are unable to get the invoices we require for our tax record. The individual hotels did provide them, but only for their component of the booking.

3 hrs prior to arrival only to be told we didn’t have a room!
Not Happy as I drove from Brisbane , the leasst they could have done was phone me immediately so I could make other arrangements.
We had a very hard time finding alternative accommodation.
I had been driving for 11 hrs straight and this was the last thing I needed
