I cannot access my booking online as do not have verification of it .

On-line I was unable to sign into my account – 3 attempts – email and password double checked.
On-line I was unable to cancel the booking. I use Firefox and Noscript. I allowed the scripts of wotif, expedia, tiqcn, tripadviser, as potentially appropriate, but not some 15 other scripts were on the page, including facebook, and others of doubtful relevance.
On the booking site I changed the date of the booking to suit me, when the confirmation arrived by email I noticed the date had reverted to the default date. I double checked the booking with the motel and found that in fact the date was wrong. The staff at the motel were extremely helpful and we solved the problem. No thanks to Wotif. I was told that if I reported the wrong date to Wotif I would not have been refunded for the change, Is this the case?

September 13, 2018I am trying to amend my booking and keep being redirected to a new search page instead of being able to apply amend arrival date to 21/10/18.
September 13, 2018I booked a hotel on Friday for the wrong Friday, cancelled that one and booked another for the correct (same) Friday. My mistake for not looking at the default days, but why does Wotif take my money for the booking immediately, but when I cancel it does not return my money immediately nor indicate when I can expect to get it back?
September 12, 2018I was disappointed, because I booked for friday the 7th and when i hit book the room , confirmation came back for sunday the 9th. Because booking was none refundable i lost my money.
I called the hotel and they advised that the reason that would of happen was because all the special rate rooms were gone. But the hotel still had the same rooms free but at a lot higher rate. So i feel it is a deception.
Wheres the cheaper prices , would been cheaper for me if i rang directly

VERY VERY dissapointed
I was charged more than the amount that I had authorized. Booking page showed mates rate discount but full amount was charged even though I was logged in & entitled to the discounted rate. In future I will be taking a screen shot of the booking screen so as to be able to provide proof if I am overcharged. After speaking to the support centre I am now told it will take up to a week to refund the additional money.
