You used to have an option of searching for places with certain features. I need a restaurant to have breakfast and can no longer easily do this. I used to use wotif most weeks, but now it is a lot less because I have to click on each individual hotel to find out if they have a restaurant. I used wotif to save time, but when you made this change it cost me a lot of time.

i did not receive the email stating my reservation had been finalised, or a receipt for the money I paid, I rang and spoke to a love gentlemen who said he would send the email again and I even gave him my work email and still no email arrived. that same day I booked and paid for flights and hired a car as well as booked my pets into car and all those emails came through so don’t know why this one didn’t. the next day I rang again as there was still no email, it was suggested to me that I send myself an email, which I did and it arrived, my partner also sent me an email and it arrived but the one from wotif didn’t and still hasn’t, I was sent an email stating that I had made a booking but still no official receipt

When u booked my hotel.. I choose the option pay at hotel.. But it still asked my card details and said I will not be charged and it’s for only security reason or something.. But to my surprise when I see my bank account I have been charged the amount.

Not good. Having problems with my flight booking due to email received from Wotif but my reply is coming back undeliverable. The email did not specify the actual changes.
Someone from wotif tried to ring us but her call keeps dropping off and she did not ring back at all nor email me for the update on the changes.
Now we still don’t know what is the status of our flight booking.
I tried to go to wotif website under contact us but the site is not friendly user.

I was dissapointed that after I booked my hotel room, I was redirected back to the page and suddenly the room was then $20 cheaper!! It made no sense at all!

Unfortunately I had forgotten my password. Three times I requested a “reset password” email but one never arrived. I finally placed my booking with an agreement to pay when at the motel

After 4 days the motel still has not acknowledged the booking. The money is still “pending” in my account.
At this stage I am up in the air as I do not know if the booking has been accepted.

Recently I tried booking a Unit at Caloundra for an overnight stay, both times I entered the required information a different day was provided which had me with 2 Bookings on the wrong Date, then Cancellation and to rectify was done and I still ended up paying for a stay I couldn,t use then had to Rebook else where.
