December 18, 2018In the booking I made you stated that there were no hidden extra charges but upon check in I was told I would need to pay an extra $28 per day for parking. In my book, that’s a hidden extra charge.
December 17, 2018Had a voucher emailed to me and whenspplying this voucher all was ok. However at payment this would not go through. Called help centre I assume in India and they were no help at all.
December 16, 2018Very disappointed to book at $153 per night and in less than a minute after completing the booking to see the same room price change to $137.70.
Not game to cancel to try for the cheaper price incase it was gone before I completed the cancellation. I tried to book again for the cheaper price and the response was ‘ you have just booked this room.’ I could have then cancelled the higher price room. Not happy.
For the third time i have had issues when booking accommodation on line and needed to contact the call center to correct wrong dates.
i set the dates i require accoommodation for then once i have completed th booking on checking the dbooking advice see that the dates have changed.
Rooms too small. Inadequate seating.
December 10, 2018Fix the online booking site. For the last few months it has been very slow, and doesn’t seem to be able to load it’s own pictures etc – which at times caused the booking to time out.

Due to your management not accepting my forms of identification as I did not have a current photo I’d (proof of age card) and only had a photo of my licence myself, my partner and our 11 month daughter were turned away, When I asked about putting the room into a friend’s name if they came down with sufficient identification seeing as I had already paid for the 2 nights stay, I was again refused, therefore seeing as the $258 had been taken from my bank account and I was told I would not be refunded for 4-5 working days my family and I were/are left with no accommodation for 2 nights and no money to find other accommodation and zero help/care or concern from your staff.
I know that this is not the type of feed back I would be wanting for my business and I’m highly disappointed that your staff were willing to leave My daughter in this type of situation with zero concern. I will be waiting for FULL REFUND into my account.
