Quite easy I put in for the 6th and 7th may when I got the final copy of what I paid and the dates it had the 20th and 21st not what I wanted so I had to get on the site and go through a virtual person me not being very savvy with computer stuff the person on the other ended up fixing up for me took me two hours of mucking around to get it fixed though so extreamly dissapointed.

Normally a great site to use but was super frustrating when trying to book a car hire it took me to the end but never went through and kept telling me fo search again. I even used the chat to speak to someone who was also unable to make the booking. Was extremely frustrating

The room overpoweringly smelled of cleaner and I had to keep the doors and windows open when I arrived to air the room out. I appreciate its clean but not that much that its unbearable.!

The bed and pillows are very comfortable which is a plus.

I was disappointed the next morning to hear the cleaner outside complaining that I hadn’t left – this was prior to check out time of 10am. I was catching up on work emails with plans to leave at 10am.

Certainly wont be staying here again.

I had to change the hotel times and the operator I spoke to was very helpful. Unfortunately I have to wait 4 days to wait to see if they were able to change it. If they are successful then I would definitely give y’all a 5star rating.

The by Rdwas hard as a rock .. Didn’t restock amenities and the spa bath was gross I applied water from the shower hose, the grit & grit that immersed was disgusting.. so after 2 thorough cleans from myself I was slightly okay with using the spa & Jetts.. also had slug trails near the front door & fridge

Nowhere in the booking did it allow me to apply any discount

Don’t accept bookings and take people’s money when hotels are full.

The hotel we booked through Wotif called the next day (while we were already driving interstate) to say they had no room for us the first night. I was coming across for my father’s funeral and this was very distressing. The hotel said they had been fully booked that night for months so Wotif should never have been able to offer that first night.

The motel had no record of my booking
It took wotif and expedia customer service over 3 hours to find an alternative and after taking payment and sending us 40kms away for a hotel they didn’t actually book. We ended up having to book our own accommodation at 930pm and just taking whatever we could get. Now going through refund process will see how that turns out

Views and location was great, but that’s about it…Cleanliness is very poor and smelly.
Left a day earlier to avoid uncomfortable restless night.(The main bed also needs to be updated)
Should have been communicated about the hallway being effected by a burst pipe which required a high pressure air dryer going all night and day which caused the area to smell.
To bad if you stuffer from Allergies or asthma.
