Booked accommodation only to receive an email later in the day from the accommodation provider to say there was no accommodation available and that I would have to contact Wotif. When I contacted I’ve been told 5-7 business days for a refund for something that was an error on your behalf’s not mine.

add in searchable options for hotels. quite pathetic that i cant search for a hotel with certain features within the ios app. for example, hotels with pools. i now use other apps to search and book. wotif is my last resort.

Not happy as the price first shown was not applicable to the days that I needed plus there were additional costs fo car parking so what should have cost $238 ended up costing over $350.

The online experience was easy to use and well designed.
However when the email conformation came I notice that I had made a mistake and booked for 2 people not 4. I sent a reply email to correct this but I still have not heard back about the correction
