To start with their price was over $100 dearer than if I went straight to the hotel (stupid me) site. Second I chose a king bed but your site would only give me 2 x doubles, even though I pick the king !!!

Only got 2 stars as l used your book now, pay when you get here option. The flight was delayed an hour, which made me an hour later than the ‘estimate’ arrival time and they canceled the booking. Took over an hour to sort that which after travelling really sucked!

The payment policy advised a 10% deposit and the remained of payment at 30days from booking. Booking is for 15th June and today you took the full 100% off my credit card on 13th May. This is not 30days from my booking. I have today cancelled the booking and the 10% will be due however you are to refund me ASAP.
You need to acknowledge you own rules on properties and obey the properties policies. Not good Wotif!!!!

Not great, double charged me for a flight, have to wait 72hrs to get my money back. Did the same to my friend who booked at the same time.

At the time of booking, you stated there were no other charges or hidden charges, cool, made the non refundable booking. Upon arriving at the motel, they ask for a $200 bond, more than the room cost itself, and was not made clear before paying for the room. After checking, it was on the confirmation email but I am very disappointed that it was not made clear until AFTER paying. I booked what I could afford and then hit up an extra 200. NOT IMPRESSED.

I recently booked with wotif but after my booking was made I never received the confirmation email. I then had to ring the hotel to confirm the booking. I thought maybe I had gotten my email address wrong but the fact you were able to send me this survey means that I didn’t.

I was very disappointed that the cost of the room I booked dropped by $100 once I had paid for it. I dont understand why this happened and it really upset me. I would be interested to know why. This is the first special holiday I have booked in a long time and money is tight, I used Wotif expecting the best value. As soon as I had paid, the price dropped. Very upsetting, $100 is a lot of money. Thanks
