April 2, 2018When we arrived big sign out front of motel saying $99 per night. We paid nearly $40 more per night. When we arrived at reception comment was oh dear u have already paid.

It’s pretty annoying that Wotif rates go up depending on whether you use the same device to review a holiday package. I am then forced to use a different device to get the original deal. Rip off.

March 30, 2018The motel had to ask me what booking agency I’d used. The web said there was only 1 room left & someone was looking at it. There were heaps of vacant rooms. I probably won’t use this facility again.
March 28, 2018Service was extremely poor. Made a bookin through Wotif and had to ring the hotel directly some days later as received no confirmation at all from Wotif.
March 28, 2018Wotif’s directions on how to change the date of my booking were impossible to follow as what they were suggesting I click on did not appear at that point. I had to contact the hotel to ask them to change it on their end.
AND it was not mentioned that passwords obviously cannot contain certain characters. I only found this out after trying for at least 5 mins to have my account accepted.
Not an experience I would recommend to others!!
Very difficult to manoeuvre around the site, couldn’t load for a long time, because of a long running script, cannot put a location in to find hotels in that area, quite tedious
